MEET YOUR INTERIOR DESIGNER + REALTOR

Hi, I'm Simmone!

I want to make your home dreams come true. After graduating with my bachelor's degree in interior design and working for both commercial and residential design firms, I decided I wanted to do things different. I created Homes by Simmone so that I could provide truly personalized experiences starting from the real estate side and all the way through the design process. I'm proudly known for my "timeless modern" style that I incorporate into each project and love providing insight to my real estate clients on the potential of a home or how best to get their home ready to sell.

My little family consists of my husband Spencer, our 1-year-old son Dallas and our Pitbull Leo. My boys mean the world to me! We currently live in Ames where we are renovating our 1980 home which has been a wild ride, but so much fun. We call it our "Perfect Storm". I love being an entrepreneur and living life to the fullest!

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

Highly curated design for new builds, remodels and large-scale home updates from start to finish. Design conceptualization and execution, floor plans and construction documents, finish, fixture and furniture specifications, project management and more. Reach out to schedule your initial consultation and receive a custom quote.

DESIGNER GUIDE (VIRTUAL)

For spaces that need a refresh rather than a full renovation. Starts with a video call consult and complete with mood boards, space planning, curated design board with selections that fit your space and style, and a shopping list to execute the design on your own. One revision included. All design done virtually. $700 per room - reach out for a quote for 2 or more spaces.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

A one-time consult to get live guidance and answers on your project to set you up for success if you don't need full design services. Complete with a follow up summary and mood board. In home or virtual - $250 for up to 1.5 hours.

HOME BUYING & SELLING

Interior Design

INTERIOR DESIGN | HOW IT WORKS

An in home or virtual consultation will be set up to get started. I get to know all about you, your style and your wants and needs for your space.

We will establish a design direction through mood boards and inspiration pictures. From there, HBS will create a personalized and comprehensive design complete with floor plans, furnishings, materials, lighting, fixtures and more.

Once the design is approved, the project management begins. HBS will take care of product ordering and deliveries (unless otherwise specified), assist with contractors and ensure that no detail is missed.

Once all products have arrived and installations are complete, a final styling day will tie it all together with accessories and adjustments. A photo shoot will be provided for select projects with client approval. The end result is your dream home turned reality with the Home by Simmone's signature timeless modern touch.
